What we collect, and what we don't
Last updated August 19, 2026. This is the plain-language version for families reserving a Mira trial.
We do not charge you to reserve
There is no credit card at reservation. We will not bill you unless you later choose to continue after the free trial.
What you type in
To reserve a trial we ask for your first name, email, mobile number, a password, who you are setting Mira up for, and their first name. During setup you may add their phone number, medications, routines, and how you want updates. That becomes the real care plan. We do not ask you to enter it twice.
We will not call your parent until they agree
Reserving a trial does not authorize Mira to start calling. Recurring calls begin only after you have set Mira up and your parent has agreed to try it. They can pause, move, or stop calls at any time.
We don't sell this
We do not sell your information, or your parent's, to data brokers or advertisers. We use it to run Mira, send you setup and alert messages, and understand whether the trial is working. If you arrived from an ad, we may store campaign tags (like utm parameters) so we can tell which ad you came from, not to build a profile we sell.
What Mira is not
Mira is not emergency response, not a diagnosis, and not medication advice. If something sounds serious, she tells your parent to call 911 and alerts you.
